Poles are priced to the nearest 1/4m, except Perspex poles which are priced to the nearest 1/2m.
Centre brackets are recommended on poles over 2m (6ft) 1.25mt for 25mm poles, 1.75mt for 38mm poles, 2mt for 51mm poles, 2.5mt for 63mm poles.
Rings need to be 1/2” larger than the diameter of the pole and should be calculated at one every 10cm (4”).
Items made in wood or resin are available in their natural finish. Any finishing requirements must be added to this basic cost.
Brass items can be Antiqued, Bronzed, Chrome or Nickel plated at an additional cost unless otherwise stated. Other finishes are available on request.
Returns on pelmets must be added to the internal measurement to calculate cost.
Colours shown are for guideline purposes only and this is only a small selection of colours available. A matching service is available on request for a fee..

Orders cannot be started without written confirmation and a 50% deposit.

Goods must be collected within 4 months from the final invoice to avoid storage being charged.
To give our trade discount we require a trade purchase order and all invoices will be made out to this trade name.
We will only accept returns in exceptional circumstances i.e. Damaged goods or wrong orders delivered due to an error on our part. In order to give credit in such circumstances we must receive written notification within 2 days of receipt of the order.
