Metal pole 15mm in diameter with solid brass brackets, rings and fittings shown in Antiqued Brass finish.

Portiere rods are designed to be fitted over doors with the long bracket on the door and the shorter bracket on the door jamb. When the door is opened the rod is lifted slightly to raise the curtain off the floor to stop it catching and dragging under the door.
